I love to grill vegtables in the RED using a ceramic platter.  Simply made with Original and Lemon EVOO.  Phil

I love grilled veggies on the RED too.  I usually use a grill wok and just set it right ontop of the grates. This one was some asparagus, different colored bell peppers, zuchini, squash, mushrooms and onions (May have been one or two more things in there), a little EVOO, and some seasonings, and then onto the hot RED.

Bobo, those are the best looking grilled veggies that I have seen. Good job.

Thanks IR2Dum.  They are pretty easy to make but always popular.  Easy way to make a side that will feed several mouths at a get together without a lot of work.

Took the photo with my Samsung Infuse cell phone, uploaded onto photobucket, then downloaded to the forum.
