Title: PBC Mayo Chicken Legs

Started with M-3(Tim's top secret seasoning), smoked salt, and light mayonnaise...

Chicken legs were given a coating above and below the skin...

After 30 minutes I have them a flip...

The chicken was great! PBC classic charcoal taste and the mayo makes it so moist. The M-3 gave that chicken some great flavor ;)

Nice! I too did some barnyard animal parts in the PBC today. Will post pics when I get home. I'm out getting a movie. ;D
