Our daughter is driving down from PA on sunday, Said she sure would like some brisket..

I know that is gonna be great already. Is that fresh smoked cheese I see in that frig? I am ready to do some tomorrow too. I gotta smoke more sea salt too. Looking good so far. Nothing like brisket.  Pam .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.

Got up early and put brisket in. Smoke setting for 3 hours. Going with peach pellets instead of hickory.

Set to 225 after the 3 hours.

How is that brisket rub Nepas? We sell it at Academy Sports but I have never tried it.
