Title: Got Some Boxes

When I returned home from Saudi this week I had some cool boxes waiting for me...

Box #1 - Some Redneck spices from Tim..Big & Small SP, Mo Rockin Chicken & Fine Swine & Bovine

Box #2 - A Faster than Light White, back-lit Thermapen with a glow-in-the-dark magnetic silicon boot for protection (new wife thinks the glow in the dark thing is over the top)

Box #3 - Full set of Grillgrates for my Weber Genesis..will cut them to fit tomorrow and have 2 each 21-day wet cured 1.5 inch rib eyes ready to test them with

Box #4 -  Walla Walla Onions - worked a trade with Aaron (aka Keymaster), some Iranian Pistachios for onions....hope he enjoys the pistachios as much as I am enjoying these onions.

Alright now!!   Let's get some seasoning on those GG's and start using some of those rubs!  What are you planning for the WW's?

Looks like you did not skimp on the Super Pig. One large bottle and a smaller bottle. That was a smart decision!

I like that Glow in the dark thermapen wrap. I had some diced walla walla's on some chili dogs last night :) Tracking says I should have some Iranian Pistachios today in the mailbox :)

When I can get WW's I make fried egg, bacon, cheese and WW onion sandwich's every morning until they are gone..if they start to spoil, I chop them up, vacuum pack and freeze and use for cooking..especially my sausage B&G.  I did not think they could ever be better until yesterday when I sprinkled the SP on the bacon while it was frying..as my daughter would say ..OMG..better than ever..
