Mohuka (Greg) and I swapped some Walla Walla Sweets for some Iranian pistachios he brought back from Saudi Arabia. Its two pounds and I plan on doing a pound of blazing Pistachios with them. I already had a handful and their pretty darned tasty :) Thanks again Greg!!

That is cool Aaron! They taste much different than domestic ones?
Hard to explain, There salted but not as salty as US pistachios. Just had another handful and they are really good, full of flavor, some more than others but of course I search out for the overcooked ones. You can definitely tell a difference I just can't put it in words quite yet :)
