Sorry Guys it is a long time i was away from the forum but time runs away so quick .
this is my first salmon smoke this year .
i cured it in salt sugar and sake for 2 days one night in the fridge and 6 hours in the smoker with cherry wood.

Thanks ah this pipe covers the opening of the high pressure burner that i use for my chinese cooking .
