Title: sake flavoured smoked salmon

Sorry  Guys it is a long time i was away from the forum  but time runs away so quick .
this is my first salmon smoke this year .
i cured it in salt sugar and sake for 2 days one night in the fridge and 6 hours in the smoker with cherry wood.

Welcome back, Ahron!!  That salmon looks great.  It's making my mouth water right now!  I hope Albert is paying attention.  We are expecting a nice plate of salmon at the Gathering.

Thanks ah this pipe covers the opening of the high pressure burner that i use for my chinese cooking .
