So now we had a corn boil for for Kimmie's cousins boy friend it was time to
breakout the SRG's! I did two beer can chickens with Cajun butter injection.
Both birds were wonderful, juicy and tender and the corn on the cob was good
as well. Hard to beat corn on the cob roasted over a fire.
I would have used the SRG' for the corn but didn't have the right baskets
I only had the butt baskets
As you can see we served the birds corn boil style with everything on tinfoil
so all could dig in and get what the wanted. Kimmie said it's a waist of a good
beer and I agree but they wanted beer can chicken so I made them.
Before the night was up Kimmie showed the folks "How to eat" corn on the cob
She didn't miss a kernel!!! ;)

While camping this week one of the workers shows up to the office with this. ??? ??? ???
Just a little snake that showed up in the park while we were there.
Not sure how long it was but it was not real old, only had a few rattles
on it's tail. But I was not going to reach in and get it out to messure! ;)
