These are sausage, cream cheese, sour cream, shred cheese balls wrapped in bacon. BacChOinks  :o

Do rotate the racks. Items cook faster in the rear. Used setting PL04 For 1 hour then to PL 05 for 1.5 hours

Very nice - far too often I've seen bacon-wrapped items in which the item itself is overcooked while the bacon is undercooked.  ;)

I'm guilty of that myself at times, especially with bacon-wrapped shrimp.  Often I've pre-cooked the bacon before wrapping, but the stars have to be aligned perfectly for me to get it just right.  That's why I've switched to prosciutto to wrap  ;D

Looks very good. Keep smokin with the two rack and soon you can complete the cook book for it.
