I usually wrap mine in to a roll, but saw someone do this so I wanted to try.

Gotta have some Pellet cooked sourdough for the sammys! This batch is garlic parmesan.

Nice. I form mine that way too. Learned it Alton Brown. Makes a nice loaf that isn't too tightly packed. I like loose meatloaf :)
