Title: Greek Seasoned Rib-Eyes topped with Mushroom/Blue Cheese Medley

Two thick Costco Rib-Eyes coated with Greek Seasoning...

Onto the Char-Broil RED for a quick sear to a IT of 135F via Thermapen...

And the Mushroom/Blue Cheese steak topping cooked in the pan with a Red Wine Vinegar reduction...

I wannas eat at your house..so how was ther Greek seasoning on the steak..I know it can't be bad..I love greek food and maked a killer greek pasta salad. I got some at the grocery and it was ok.llbut I decided to make my own and OMG..I rocked it.  Looks so good.  Pam .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.

I used Cavender's All Purpose Greek Seasoning and they were fantastic! They actually were seasoned with it before I froze the steaks so after they thawed in the vacuum bag they really got some flavor.

Muebe..that Cavender's is good stuff...I added the Greek dressing to the pasta salad, but it needed more so I added the Cavenders and it popped..I learned to crush the Cavendars before using for more flavor. That kicks it.   .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.

You might need several rooms for your house guests.  I want a place at your table, also.  Those steaks look good.  The mushroom and blue cheese topping, well I don't know what to say, except please pass a napkin to wipe my chin--I drooled!
