That second half was a killer. Sloppy play on both sides, no bragging on this one, but we'll take the win. Yes Pappy BP is dropping, with the help of a few rum and cokes!
Twice Baked
4 Bakers, cooked, split, and hollowed out.
12 oz Sour Cream
1 1/2 C shredded cheddar (divided)
1 stick softened butter
2 T WOW Trail Dust
2 T Fine Swine & Bovine
1 tsp blk pepper
1 lb. leftover smoked chuckie, shredded, chopped fine
1 ea. yellow, red, and jalapeno peppers, seeded, diced fine.
After scooping out halved taters, which you put in lg bowl, coursely mash, then add sour cream, half the cheddar, the butter, the WOW, FSB, and the blk pepper. Blend well. Add the beef, blend in. Spoon into reserved potato skins, sprinkle tops with remaining cheddar, top with mixed, diced peppers. Bake @ 350F until cheese melts, then throw under broiler to get some color.
