It's a good review and some great photos. Chris does most of his cooking on Green Eggs and is a fine cook with great recipes. Don

I can vouch as to how heavy that sucka is.  I had to use two hands to pick it up and move off my front porch. ;)

If you have never checked out the nibblemethis website you ought to go there and look at the excellent work done there.
