A big hello to everyone. Been dong the BBQ thing for some time and really enjoy sharing tips and tricks, so looking forward to being an active participant here.
Current cooking systems
Weber Spirit Gas Grill
Weber kettle setup with custom slow-burn coal caddy; this grill is made for smoking
BESRG - Luv it! Makes the best baked potatoes; period!
Nesco roaster oven - used in combination with smoker to produce some amazing pulled beef
Good ole backyard fire pit
Again, glad to be part of this forum and looking forward to posting a few cooks real soon

Modified two weber side caddy so into a long caddy. Crude, but works
