Title: Apple wood smoked bacon with SuperPig
Post by: bbqchef on September 23, 2013, 09:55:04 AM

My bride was in the mood for some BLTs with our garden fresh tomatoes so I thought I'd cook up some homemade bacon with apple wood pellets from ATBBQ and SuperPig from Savor Spices...

Home cured and smoked bacon on reversed Grill Grates in the Yoder at 350 degrees

Finished bacon ready for tomatoes, lettuce and some Chipotle aioli.

Finished bacon ready for tomatoes, lettuce and some Chipotle aioli.

That sounds delicious for BLT - I love chipotle in almost everything.
