Title: Smoked Merguez & kraut

i had in the Freezer some Moroccan  merguez i made some time ago. thawed them   smoked them and then cocked them with kraut beer, tomato, past, hoot chili sauce, salt, pepper, and pinch of surge

I think you like your own cooking.  That looks pretty tasty to me.  What kind of a flavor does the Merguez have?

Merguez is a hot sausage with a dominate flavor of cilantro and cumin .
next time i will make it i will post it with photos
