Title: Sauerbraten stew
Post by: bbqchef on October 10, 2013, 12:46:16 PM

Had some leftover sauerbraten and gingersnap gravy...

Why not make some sauerbraten stew?

Just added some boiled potatoes and more red cabbage...

Garnished with some fresh parsley from the garden

That looks soooo good Chef! I'd love a large bowl of that with a glass of burgundy. Great food for cool weather.

That's worth making straight from sauerbraten - no need for "leftovers."
