Title: Barbequed Breakfast
Post by: Hub on March 16, 2012, 09:52:10 AM
As I was warming up a pork chop for breakfast (grilled earlier this week) I suffered some brain flatulence regarding the breakfast concept in general.  Why not use BBQ rub on eggs instead of boring old salt and pepper!

My cell phone picture isn't the greatest -- the white things in the foreground are 3 over-medium eggs sprinkled with Smokin' Guns Hot.  The result was both tasty and different.

Hub - I am glad to know that someone else does this. It gives me the "I'm o.k.- you're o.k." kind of warm fuzzy! ;D

I use my Fine Swine and Bovine on eggs occasionally, along with a touch of Tobasco for the extra kick.

Nice! I bet they were good.

I love the Smokin' Guns "Gun Powder" & "Sweet Heat". We use them on all sorts of things besides BBQ too.
