Title: Friday Night Wings and Rings

It is Friday night comfort food night in Georgia.  On the menu are wings and onion rings.  The wings, actually drumettes, were
seasoned with Outlaw BBQ rub, after a 2 hour dip in some Italian dressing.   I just received this via UPS from my good buddy
smokentime who is a member of this board and another board we both belong to.  Thanks Gene!

Put onto the Performer using RO lump charcoal.

Great post, Mike...I like the idea of applying the rub while they are on the rack and moving rack & all to the cooker.  That'll save a lot of time and trouble.
Those onion rings sure look good, too.
