I have enough drama in my life, been married three times  ;)

Flipped and rotated. All hanging around 115° F so got a ways to go yet.

All done. I was thinking 8 hours just from past smokes but it came out to 7 1/2 hours. Need to polish that crystal ball up better next time  ;D

So here they are getting the bloom/rest treatment in the basement.
Will vac seal some tomorrow and some for my beer drinking buddy,s down at the local bar.   ;)

Cut one open this morning. Just the right amount of heat. The basement smells wonderful.
