Title: Caution: don't look if you don't like sashimi
Post by: pz on November 22, 2013, 07:20:49 PM: Came home from work tired and hungry for a snack - making chicken and dumplings for dinner, which is still a way off.

Salmon sashimi it is - with a savory, spicy dipping sauce. total time - 2 minutes of preparation

Absolutely lovely Keymaster - I too love flying fish roe - the crisp crunch is reminiscent of caviar, but without the overwhelming salt taste.
