Who says it never rains in California? We'll take all the rain and snow in the Sierras we can get! Fortunately I have a nice covered patio that has been taken over by my toys smokers. Great day for a little comfort food ... chicken, mash potatoes, gravy, and green beans.

Rub under/on skin with EVOO and Lawry's Perfect Blend Chicken & Poultry Rub. Smoke with Hickory for 1 hour, bump to 350ºF until IT reached 170ºF. Rested under foil tent for 15 minutes.
