Title: Second Half of a Cook

Brisket Point... Here you go.  Always nice when you find a separated point, and in this case I found it (a couple of weeks ago) marked down and threw it in the freezer.

 I am a sucker for a good smoke ring and did that brisket get sliced the right way as well  :)

I think if you live in Texas and cant slice a brisket right it is time to move  ;)

Just awesome! You have a better chance seeing Bigfoot then finding a point in Minnesota.
