I have had a heck of a lot of text, emails and PM's on what's the best turkey to make in an TBE or SRG

Yes I do! ;) And the count is 117 as of a few months back. Since surgery I have not even touched an SRG :( :( :(

I finally got to cook my small turkey on my new TBE. My wife had two comments. "Boy, is that skin crispy" and "That meat sure is moist!" Nough said!!
