Love that Cavender's Greek Seasoning on Rib-Eyes so I did it again ;)
Seasoned Rib-Eyes and 4-burner RED with 700+ degree grill temp :o

Pulled the steaks when the green Thermapen(fastest color) read a IT of 135F. Then topped the steaks with the medley of mushrooms and blue cheese in a balsamic vinegar reduction ;)

Plated with some angel hair pasta....fantastic! :)

Purdy grill marks....just another outstanding cook...I think mushrooms were made just for steak!!
