I always figured leftover lobster was like saying leftover wine, everyone's heard of it but no one has actually seen it.

Kind of like leftover ribs, I haven't seen any in this lifetime. ;)

Both dishes look killer Chef! But I have only cooked lobster once and there were no
leftovers. About time I bought a couple more but can't guarantee there will be leftovers then. ;)

Both versions of "leftover" lobster look great. I have actually had lobster mac n cheese in Bar Harbor. Great combination. Love eggs bene, but have not had with lobster. On the must try list.

As usual, chef, a couple of stellar dishes. Mac-and-cheese and eggs Benedict are two of my favorites, and your poached eggs are to die for - I've never seen better
