Post by: africanmeat on February 20, 2014, 08:20:17 AM
On my last visit to Cleveland i got Together  with Cliff and the family. we had a great time .he did not let me leave his please without  some goodies salami ,cheese.
one was a salami in cloth casing .Man this is so good full of flavour and smoky .
this morning I decided that i will do  egg shakshuka but this time i will add few slices of the salami .  we had it with salad and tahini  sauce and fresh bread
it was a hit .
Thanks Cliff

Ahron - That looks like a wonderful dish to enjoy any time of day!

And, it does not look difficult - but...do you have a recipe so that I do not make it wrong?

Hi T
Thanks

only this time i put in fresh Serrano chilli . no cumin and no coriander , so i don't overpower the flavour of the salami .

it is an easy dish nothing can go wrong .
3 ingredients  fried onions , tomatos cooked till a paste and eggs sunny side up or like the Turks scrambled eggs .
and after that you can go to flavor town ( no sweet things  ) .
