Title: MAK Smoked Pork Tenderloins

Pork Tenderloins:  Trimmed silver skin, rubbed tenderloins with Roasted Garlic EVOO, seasoned one with Smokin' Pete's BBQ Seasoning and the other one with Jan's Dry Rub.  Wrapped seasoned tenderloins in plastic and fridged overnight.

Preheated MAK to 225ºF for 30 minutes with Hickory.  Smoked Pork Tenderloins until the Internal Temperature reached 148ºF.  Rested under a foil tent for 15 minutes before serving.  For planning purposes only ... took a total of 3 hours and 15 minutes.  30 min preheat / 2½ hours @225ºF / 15 minutes under foil tent.
