Wouldn't it be something if one had enough money to duplicate all the grills and cooking areas one sees travelling?

I really like the way he did the fish.  I have not learned how to fillet like that.  I can filet a fish but not butterflied like that. There's something else I need to work on.

That kinda looks like the Brazilian style of grilling. I'm gonna have to try this restaurant. It's right between Almos Basin Golf Club and the Quarry Golf Club. A great location.

I tried, Dee - ran out of money! One of the interesting things in the video was the comment about creating a custom grill to allow them to do a variety of cooks... I'm thinking that might be the way to go.

I'll have to check this out next time I head back home. That's near my Grandmothers old house where we all grew up. :)

Love how he made that "pescado sarandeado" (bbq fish)...
