Alright y'all.
I did a cook just for you...got the grill sheets today and went to the Tru-Infrared 4 burner. (Picture heavy / word light)
4 sheets came in the pack - washed 2 and put 'em on to pre-heat on med-high.
Prepped the aspergrass and salmon.
Put the grass on 1st
Well, you'll see the pics and know the story.
After supper, I went back out just to see if I COULD fry and egg and melt cheese.
ABSOLUTELY SLICK AND NON-STICK...cheeses melted slowly enough that I didn't have to worry about it burning.
When I finished, I washed 'em with soap and water and let air dry.
Completely endorsing this product - take that to the bank and get yours while the gettin's good!

Mike, I was hoping they would get here Friday...I was gonna give you a couple of 'em. Glad to find out you wouldn't use 'em.
Albert is gonna LOVE these because they will keep even the tiniest bits on top of the grates.

Great pictures, I haven't even used mine yet, time to break them out and give them a try.
-
Cool. Something to add to the wishlist.

Nice!

I've seen these on TV and had pretty much dismissed them because I thought they blocked the drippings from hitting the fire or other heat source. Can drippings get through to create flavor/sizzle? I'm still dubious but I'd like to know what's going on, too. The commercial doesn't make it clear.

My wife saw the commercial before I saw it. She had the same question. Inquiring minds want to know!

Nice test Jaxon, and the food looks good too!!! Like Hub & Art I would like them a little more porous. Don

I used my spatula to scrape some of the drippings off the sheets and onto the IR grates...added flavor to the profile.
The sheets aren't going to be used in every cook, but there are situations when you have small items (chopped veggies, small shrimp, etc) tha can fall thru to the fire. In addition, food like fish, eggs, and cheese, hashbrowns, etc can be cooked easily and WILL NOT STICK.
I won't use 'em for grillin' a steak, but if I have some onions and mushrooms on the side, they'll come in handy.
just sayin'...

They Kind of bother me to be honest.Do you know what they are made of?

Nope..but I posted a link to a video on QVC that explains pretty well how they're made and how they're used.
I'm not trying to sell anybody on these things...I just think it is helping me when I have some smaller items that I can't keep on the grates.
I had my Tru IR up to very high temps without any effect on the sheets.

Jaxon, understand where you are coming from not trying to sell and pass along a good experience you have.Just wondering what they are made of before I would spend on em regarding my health concerns on synthetics or whatever and my food.
Just a question, dont want to rain on anybodies parade if it works for you.

I ordered 2 today i will get them as i get to the US .

I had ordered some also but two days later i got a call from them only to find out they canceled my order because they don't ship to Canada. I guess they make enough money from a local market
