Been wanting some jerky so got some whole strips getting ready.
My mix of hillbilly, cure 1, some chili sauce and a pinch of salt.

In a zip lock and fridge for a few hours. Massage the strips a few times while in the marinade.

In dehydrator at 150* for overnight.

I stopped by Tee's yesterday. He had some of your hockey puck jerky out. Tried it. Love it!! I may have to try that approach one of these days,
