Title: Thighs as ABTs ala Charbroil Infared

Just a quick one for something to look at. Pics are from iPhone. Please excuse the quality.  :)
So my mother went out of town for the weekend and me and my brothers decided to go by and use pool. We noticed that she had purchased a brand new Charbroil Tru-infrared grill. Never used. So we decided to see if it really works. ;D
Btw she didn't mind. We did call her and asked permission :).

Jalapeños, Italian sausage, green onion, Colby Monterey jack shredded cheese. Wrapped with bacon

These were basted with soy vai vari vari  teriyaki towards the end.

Looks real good to me..but I love ABT's or poppers as we call them in Ohio..good cook.  Pam .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ

That is some good looking food for your first cook on a new grill. I normally have a "learning curve" when getting a new grill.

I think the grill is great. I would surely buy one if I needed a bigger gasser. I loved how it didnt flare up at all!! Yeah, I let my mom know how good it worked.  ;D :o
The only reason I mention the pic quality is because I did some with my camera and they came out outstanding compare to the ones I take with the iphone. But hey, theyre pics  ;) :)

Thanks everybody. I will try to take more pics with my camera. It takes great pics. Here are the ones I was talking about natural pork ribs (http://www.letstalkbbq.com/index.php?topic=904.msg7815#msg7815)
I used to always take them with my camera then I discovered tapatalk and the convenience of shoot and upload. ;D
