Title: 2-2-1 baby back ribs
Post by: Curtislowe on June 07, 2014, 11:09:42 PM
Seasoned with rendevouz & strawberry's overnight in the fridge.  Placed in my friends new braunfels smoker for a pool party.  Mopped every hour with veg oil, soy, water and strawberrys rub.  Wrapped at 2 hours with squeeze butter, brown sugar, agave nectar, and honey.  2 hours. Then naked with juices from foul for 1 hour.  Very tasty!

What does unicorn mean?   I think I know what "yikes" means.  What feedback do you have for me.  Newbie has to start somewhere right?

A unicorn is an imaginary animal (don't tell Rocky)... no pictures of one exist. So, when one of us (and almost ALL of us have been guilty) post a cook with no pictures, it is labeled a "unicorn cook." Not the best thing to see...  ;) ;D

Now there are some of us on this forum (to be honest - ONE individual) that will always be given a "pass" - the rest of us need to post some pictures of our cooks. If we don't get the pics... ok, take the ribbing and move on. If you have some trouble posting your pictures - there are several folks here that are willing and more than able to help.

So - a unicorn cook is fun - just don't want too many of them...  ;) ;D ;D

Hope that makes sense, and I look forward to more of your cooks and posts.... and pictures!

Cheers,

David

Looks like Curtis is having a bit of trouble getting his photos to show. Here is a pictorial on how to do it from the link he posted in this thread.

First photo shows where the image text is that you need to paste into the post.

Second one shows how you highlight the text then copy.

Third shows how you paste it to your thread then the image should appear.
