I was in Brooklyn for the blizzard a few winters ago... (Gee - that was fun)

Anyway - during that trip, I made it to Katz's deli for a pastrami sandwich, and a small Jewish deli in Brooklyn run by some Montreal ex-pats.

There was a noticeable difference in the taste...   The "Montreal' style had a richer flavor.
