Today's bumper crop kept me and my vacuum sealer busy. Decided to thin out the green peppers and get another batch of squash.

After some more research I've decided that this year I would freeze everything I can fresh without blanching. Here's my first green peppers and some squash ready for the freezer 8)

My buddy down the road has a elk farm and the elk love squash & zucchini so his wife grows tons of it. It very funny watching the elk fighting over the squash & zucchini.
