In to the fridge, did 24hrs could easily do 48hrs

I pulled the tenderloins @ 150, needed to pull earlier if your going to crisp the bacon.

Lets see,  bacon wrapped around pig coated with brown sugar.  Can't see how you could miss  ;)

Got to look for some tenderloin next trip to the store. That looks great.
