Hi everyone.
I was born in NC and my father and his family are Texans, so I guess you could say that loving BBQ is in my DNA. Currently I live in Columbus, OH. I am a stay at home dad Mon-Thur and just work Fri-Sun. I look forward to sharing my adventures in BBQ and learning a lot from everyone!

Thanks. Currently I do my grilling and smoking both using a Char Griller with a offset fire box. Don't know the exact model as it was given to me second hand. I am actually in the market for my first LP grill so I can dedicate my Char Griller to just smoking and Grill more frequently.

Please allow me to say ONE important word about LP grills : WEBER.....
Seriously - you can still get parts for even the earliest Webers made. No other company can say that. Weber has legendary customer service. Weber's are so popular - you can always find used ones too. ;)

I second Weber!
You pay a bit more but they are worth it. A grill that you will hand down to your kids.
Quality steel and great fit and finish. If it is on a uneven surface the compartment doors will still open unlike cheaper models out there.
Throw some grill grates on there and you got the perfect gasser ;)

That's what I'm leaning towards. Got my eyes on the Genesis E330. I Hear nothing but great things about Weber LP grills. Several friends spent time working for various big box Hardware stores and built many a grill. They all got Webers.

Howdy from Maine. Great bunch of people here.
I would echo the Weber comments. I replaced a couple of parts on my 10-year old Genesis last year and fully expect to get at least 10 more years out of her.
