Wife made four Boboli pizzas on the Memphis :o
2 were regular cheese and sauce & 2 were pulled pork, blue cheese, Parmesan cheese, and BBQ sauce.
Into the Memphis at 450F with oak pellets for 10 minutes on the grill...

Nice! I think the wood fired taste and touch of smoke adds a great deal to a pizza.

So after I showed her how easy it is to use she asked "Can I bake brownies in that thing?"
I said "You sure can!"
I have a feeling it is going to get a lot more use now :o
