I like burgers a lot and can never seem to find anything in a take out joint that I like. I had some frozen Waygu beef burgers in the freezer.. Seasoned them with some M-3 and cooked on the Mak at 325 to an internal temp of 160. Served on a toasted butter bun with some sharp cheddar, mayo,grilled Black Forest ham, pickles and a sunny side up egg

I had an awesome burger in MN recently...thick beef patty, with a thick schemer of chunky peanut butter...and a layer of finely chopped fresh jalapeños!..MAMMA!!!!!

I used to get a fried egg on my burger from Fatburger! It is really good!
Also recently made a pizza with a over easy egg ;)

Looks like you might be on track to the perfect burger. I had a burger at the beach in NC a couple of weeks ago with a fried egg on top, the yolk was still runny, and the burger was cooked a perfect mid rare, it was delicious.

Oh you bet... Bacon & egg on a burger are great!
