I want to do a fish roll up with fillet and would like some ideas from y'all on what the ''stuffing" around which I can roll the fillet would be. Any ideas?

Because the fish will cook fast - I would pick "tender" vegetables like asparagus and.....try the below and just substitute the fish for the chicken

Dee..fish does cook fast so pre-nuke your veggies so they are tender and add what you like. I saw someone clean the fish, take guts out then stuff it and made it into a pocket to fill the fish..they left the head on but I would cut it off. It looked good tho..and they pre nuked the veggies. Good luck..Pam .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.

You can nuke them...but - as in the recipe link- you can also par cook them in a pan and- add whatever other flavors you want. like a little garlic, pepper, and lemon zest....

Looks like a great plan for a variety of proteins. Thanks for the reminder.

Shrimp Stuffing:
• Shrimp (precooked & chopped with food processor)
• ¼ Sauteed Red Onion
• 1 egg, beaten
• Italian Bread Crumbs
• ¼ cup Mayonnaise
• Old Bay Seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste
Mix ingredients and spread Shrimp Stuffing on Tilapia Filets

Lightly coat and season both sides of the Tilapia Filets with Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Old Bay Seafood Seasoning. Fold over Tilapia Filets and secure them with toothpicks. Top off the filets with some Smoked Paprika.
Bake in a preheated 400ºF wood pellet grill using Alder wood BBQ pellets or oven for 25-30 minutes until the Tilapia flakes easily.
