My name is Don, and I am Don O. and live in Northern California outside of San Francisco.

I was on line trying to find some information about Fine Swine and Bovine Rub (FSBR). I finally found Renaissance Foods and decided to give them a call.
Well, guess who answered the phone. Non other than Teesquare Tim himself. The next thing I know we had been talking for more than a half hour. We could of easily kept talking for another hour.

He invited me to join this forum, and now I have.

When I do BBQ it is in my backyard. I have a Traeger 075. Pulled pork, baby back ribs and tri-tip are my favorite. I have never done a brisket, perhaps this summer.

Looking forward to reading your posts and hopefully I will be able to contribute some.

I am in Southern California and have a Memphis Pellet Grill myself. You never done a brisket eh? Seems like the large ones are hard to come by out here.... But we got plenty of Tri-tips :P
