When something like this happens you feel that you need to do something but you don't know what. I know I made way too much food but that was my contribution. He came back to work on Thursday for the first time and I know it was tough. We all tried to make it as normal as possible, but is normal after this.  :(

Good for you and the others that are doing this RAD. I lost my first wife 3 weeks before her 46th birthday and I was pretty much a zombie for a while. The kids and I would have starved if it weren't for friends and church ladies bringing food and helping us around the house.

As mentioned, cooking great food is healing for all.
I've found myself cooking for no one in particular. First just to relax myself, and then seeing those that enjoy it, that's true Love !
