I choose the SRG, it should be close enough to the TBE.... and that would have been my first choice :)

Have brined, then injected my turkeys for years and years.   Still prefer them on a rotisserie, with a peanut oil/kosher salt paste for the cavities, then a soy sauce/peanut oil mix for a basting sauce.   Always get rave reviews.   Only ONE downside, doesn't taste quite as good as just plain ole roasted turkey for leftover sandwiches.    Do have an SRG, and have used it, BUT still prefer the old method on the rotisserie.   Maybe cause I've done it SO many years.    Getting close to 40 of them (years) IF my memory isn't failing me!   LOL

I picked the SRG because I have not made on in the PBC yet so that might change ;)

I've had the BE for several years and this is the only way I do turkey now. On a NON-Holiday I might try the weber but not going to risk it on Turkey day.

Hub you have a good point and for anyone that uses the BE/SRG remember the grease tray is not food safe. I usually use one of the small weber tin trays or wrap in foil if I plan on using the drippings.
