Drew check out Tim's recipe for Trophy Winning Pulled Pork.  It's excellent!  It's at the top of the pork recipe section.

Fine Swine and Bovine is a winner around my place. Darn good on chicken also. PM Teesquare and ask him for the large size. You will be glad you did. The regular size bottle just doesn't last long  8) 8)

I just cooked 2 pork butts on my MAK using oak pellets.  I used Chris Lilly's marinade to inject each pork butt.  I liberally coated the outside with Worcestershire sauce and then really hit it with FSB.  The final product was one of my best ever.  I defatted the juices and reduced the remaining pork juices before adding back in with the pulled pork.  I donated the 2 half-pans of pulled pork to a dinner sponsored by my college fraternity at Johnson and Wales University.  Their response to my PP, "you didn't make enough!"  Pretty good comment from some chef's of tomorrow.

Give that a try.

Saved for the next butt cook!  I like the idea of reducing the juices.

I like BBQ Savor the most.  it's a tad sweeter than FSB.  love both.  every rib i do has a 1st coat of BBQ Savor before anything else.  this stuff is gold on ribs.
