I'm doing four racks of ribs with sides of beans and slaw.  This is delivery of a silent auction prize I donate at church each year.  Every year the same person bids up and wins the auction so the cause (our prison ministry) greatly benefits.  While I'm at it, I think I'll put a couple of chickens in the PBC.  I've got it all timed so that I can deliver the food, get home and fix a plate for the wife and me, and be seated for the kick-off.  I don't care who wins this year but I hear Budweiser has some good ads on tap (pun intended)  :)

Not sure what exactly we will be making as of yet. Snowstorm here Saturday and Sunday, could have a factor. Youngest daughter and her bf are supposed to be over but weather permitting.

Everybody be safe!
Don have fun and enjoy your gig!
