I looked up some homemade sloppy joe recipes earlier this morning. But, I isually keep a few cans around for when I need fast and easy, so that's what I was actually thinking. These cans are Del Monte Hickory sloppy Joe. Haven't had it before. But I have two pounds of beef and thought to just put the whole pan of it in some smoke after it was done just long enough to flavor it up, to see what happens.
I think it will be great. A restaurant near me has smoked ketchup, and I LOVE it. Seeing as how sloppy Joe is kinda ketchup like, and beef loves smoke anyway, what the hell. :)
But I do have an idea for smoker sloppy joe, start to finish. Give me a week or two on that one.

I have mixed Manwich with leftover brisket point.  Pretty damn good to be honest.
