I found this online. Dont know if its been posted before. Some of you might have seen this before. Just some good information on rib selection and types.

Sam's Club has a pre-packaged cut called Loin Back Pork Ribs(our favorite cut).  These are larger than Baby Backs but much different from the St. Louis Cut ribs.
They have more meat than Baby Backs and none of the trimming you have to do with St Louis cut...a lot less to throw away, too.
