I had to call them today since it has been two weeks since I made my order. They said they were slammed on December 28th and 29th, and are way behind in shipping. Said mine should go out in a week. ???

Go with cashew chicken

Try frying something greasy..is it cast iron or steel? mine is cast iron with a double bottom on it..it gets real hot and if I put it over the old deep fryer burner,,well,, it gets hit..even on my gas stove. I never wash mine, hot water only and dry it over the flame and coat, never sticks to anything.  .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.

What do you do with those wooden sticks? ;)

I wok cook usually once a week. Tried fermented black beans this week in the sauce. I like it. If you haven't tried it, give it a go.

Food looks great

not sure what the sticks are for..I can't use them..makes it too hard to eat rice.  Food looks great tho. How was the cleanup?  .☆´¯`•.¸¸. ི♥ྀ.

Thank God ! ! !  Using those wooden sticks to eat makes about as much sense as installing a hand crank through your grill and disconnecting your starter.

The rest of the picture looks dee-lish ! ! !

Looks like we have a winner!  My wife uses chop sticks whenever we go to the Chinese restaurant.  I keep telling her that I want to eat, tonight!!

Ate at our local Chinese restaurant last week.  It re-opened under new management.  The buffet was huge, and very good.  They even had frogs legs.  Tastes just like chicken.
