Friday Night Fish Fry
« Reply #-1 on: May 21, 2016, 08:11:03 PM »

Last night I fried some catfish for dinner along with some boudin balls. We had cole slaw and steamed zucchini and squash for sides.

Had a few ice cold Abita Golden to help while making dinner. There were some dark heavy rain laiden clouds rolling in wileIs frying.

Catfish done!

Crawfish and regular boudin balls. The crawfish versiion was not that great!

Served! Texas toast as well as homemade jalapeno tartar sauce.

The fish looks great. I love it when I have to look up food names because that means I haven't tried it before. This time it's Boudin Balls. I definitely will be making those. Thanks.

Looks tasty! I haven't had any good fish in a while, long overdue! That reminds me of childhood memories of local churches having fish fries, good times!!
