I have the Elite 13-Function 8 quart digital pressure cooker. I have no experience with a stove top one other than when I was
growing up and those scared the heck out of me. I like ours as it is quick like LA says for stews, soups, beans, etc. I have done a pot roast and
wings in ours. Just another cooking tool for my arsenal. It is almost set and forget with the different temperatures set in the function panel. But to
be honest I have only used the browning function on mine and set the time manually for what I am cooking. Of course a good recipe helps too!
