I use my Memphis Advantage more than any other grill I have.

Although my Memphis is currently in storage when it wasn't my answer is the same as Sparky.

So for now I would say my Cook-Air.

I just got a place of my own last Saturday and have about two more truck loads before I get to my Memphis. I miss my Memphis :'(

For ease of use, convenience, and multi-use functionality I prefer my 2 Weber Kettles - one from 1988, the other from 2014.
You have to remember I am just a backyard jack with basic skill on the grill.  So those 2 suit me just fine.

I use my Memphis Advantage more than any other grill I have.

My Memphis Advantage comes the closest to a "do it all" cooker of all the machines in my arsenal.  The others are more niche oriented.  For instance, the Traeger with the Savannah Stoker is the best smoker I've ever seen but it won't broil/sear like the Memphis.  The PBS is for chicken mainly -- there's something about the charcoal infusion that nothing else can match but the Memphis bakes a great bird if I time the temp changes properly (just no charcoal flavor).  The Performer takes a lot of work but when I have the need for extra cooking capacity it is mighty useful -- just a lot more work than the Memphis.  The little Weber gasser is fast fire-up for burgers and dogs for the grandkids.  Lower maintenance than the Memphis for that but not as tasty.  So, I'm glad I've got room for several cookers but have one to always fall back on to do it all.

First of all I don't know much, But I do know my favorite grill combo smoker is the Classic Hasty Bake.
Mind you my best cure smoker is the Good One. But for all around do everything grill smoking the Hasty Bake ROCKS.
The ability to move the charcoal 14 inches of travel sets is apart from my other grills.
Also it has the best charcoal grate I have seen in any grill/smoker. I bought one of their charcoal grates to fit my Good One to stop a 3rd of the lump from falling through. Works excellent. They cost a very pretty penny but worth every cent. Give one a shot & you won't regret it.

I'm not in the same league (cookers wise) as many of you, & it does depend considerably on what I am in the mood to feast on, but I do seem to use my Bradley smoker more than anything else.
However my SRG & my Blackstone Pizza oven both come in a very close second.

My Vision Ceramic has become my best overall grill/smoker combo.  When I got the Tip Top Temp TTT for it, it made it almost as reliable as my electric Masterbuilt.  My biggest gripe with it, would be even with all the toys I have for it, it still takes quite awhile to come up to temperature. I feel like it does smoking and grill both exceptionally well.  My Blackstone Pizza oven would be a close second, I suspect my wife would save the Blackstone.

I like my kettle best these days.
After the last CB Red grill bit it I was tired of wasting money. I got the kettle and a cheap Gasser.  This has proven to be my favorite "combo" yet.

However, if I had absolutely no choice I would keep the tank.  It was my only grill for a long time and it earned its keep. From one hamburger up to two 9o pound hogs
it can and will do the trick.

All I own are Webers, two kettles and two WSMs.

For smoking, 22.5 bullet with the Guru attached is hard to beat.  But I can do almost as much with 26" kettle, just have to pay more attention.  Add on all of the grilling options and you know why the 26er is the only one with permanent home on my deck!

Great question!  Like many of us, I have gone through my fair share of "cookers"...

Lots of Webers! Gas and Charcoal.
Hasty Bake.
Traeger.
PBC.
Stick burner. Nothing fancy.
MAK.
Kamado Joe kamado's
Blackstones griddle.
And I am sure a few more that I am forgetting.

For me, the answer is easy!  My Kamado Joe ceramic grills.  They do it all, and they do it well.  They are self cleaning.  They offer simple and dead-on accurate temp control.  They come up to temp quickly.  They will not rust.  If any piece of ceramic cracks (which it will over time), the lifetime warranty has the replacement part on my door step within a few days and absolutely FREE.  With all of this said though... the #1 reason I like my Kamado Joe's the best... THEY ARE A BLAST TO COOK ON!!!!

MAK 2 Star #3236, Weber 26.75" kettle, 36" Blackstone griddle, 17" Blackstone griddle.

I am not a vegetarian, but I eat animals that are... :-)

WSM and a Weber Summit S-670 uber gasser are the core of my current set.  I also have a Weber Q-100 portable and an old no-name portable I use for camping or tailgating (neither of which I have done in recent memory).  WSM is a 2005 18.5" model and I've modded it to also work as an electric by making a spare WSM door mounted with a 1,300 watt element controlled by a Auber PID box.  The e-WSM can crank out some mean jerky, snack sticks and smoked sausage and be converted back to a traditional WSM in about 10 seconds.  Oh, I also have a Orion "cooker" but it usually serves as the holder for the WSM dome when I'm smoking, checking temps, etc... as I have not used it in forever.

I have a large McCall warmer cabinet I picked up for super cheap and intend on converting into a super electric smoking cabinet "one of these days".  I keep putting off the disassembly as getting all that blown in foam insulation out will be a pain.

So favorite....  Would have to be the WSM from what I have now.  Gasser is convenient, but it's not the same flavor.  But they both have their place and purpose.
